Dinh Cau Phu Quoc: who is worshipped there, and when is the festival?

Per VNA (VietnamPlus): Dinh Cau, on a rock at the Duong Dong river mouth, honours Lady Ngoc and Cau Tai and Cau Quy, protectors of fishermen; rebuilt in stone in 1937. Festival yearly on the 15th–16th of lunar month 10: procession, boat races. Illustration: Phu Quoc Pulse.
