Apollo Cafe: coffee beneath an upside-down town

On Apollo Square in Sunset Town, Bill Bensley's Apollo Cafe recreates the town's streets and clock tower upside down across its ceiling. It also has sunset views and makes a good seat for the evening fireworks in the south of the island. Illustration: Phu Quoc Pulse.
